Who Am I?

Hi, I’m Justine — welcome!

Movement has always been more than exercise to me.

For over ten years I've helped people reconnect with their bodies through thoughtful, individualized Pilates instruction.

My goal isn't simply to teach exercises.

It's to help you move with greater strength, confidence, and trust in your body—whether you're recovering from an injury, returning to movement, or looking to deepen an already active lifestyle.

Every body tells a different story.

My job is to meet you exactly where you are and help you move forward.

My Approach

I work with each body as I see it in front of me — with presence, curiosity, and intention. I believe that the more curious we are, the more connected we become. No two sessions are ever the same, because we never show up the same way twice. Each session is tailored not just to your long-term goals, but also to how you feel that day — physically, mentally, and energetically. My teaching blends classical Pilates foundations with an intuitive, personalized approach that honors the whole person.

Who I help

Over the past decade, I've had the privilege of working with hundreds of clients and students across Los Angeles, Maui, and Jackson Hole. No matter where I've taught, my focus has remained the same: helping people move with greater strength, confidence, and ease.

I've worked with individuals of all ages and abilities, including:

• Clients recovering from injury or surgery

• Athletes looking to improve performance and longevity

• Older adults building strength, balance, and independence

• Individuals living with scoliosis, joint replacements, and other chronic conditions

• Aspiring Pilates instructors seeking mentorship and certification

Why I Teach

I teach Pilates because I believe movement is medicine. I’ve seen how a consistent, intentional practice can transform not just bodies — but confidence, energy, and overall wellbeing. My goal is to create a space where you feel seen, supported, and strong.
