Throughout the program, you won’t just learn how to teach each exercise, you’ll experience it in your own body through self-practice, develop your voice through practice teaching, and deepen your understanding through observation.

A key part of the training is the inclusion of duet sessions. These are designed to give you direct, hands-on guidance so you can refine your movement, ask questions in real time, and build a deeper, more personal connection to the work.

This layered approach allows the work to integrate, rather than simply be memorized.

The intention is that you leave feeling confident, embodied, and clear in how to guide others, whether you are stepping into teaching for the first time or looking to deepen your existing practice.

I'm classically trained and certified through two comprehensive Pilates programs, and I’ve served as a teacher trainer at Equinox, mentoring new instructors in both technique and teaching methodology.

My approach blends structure with intuition — honoring classical Pilates foundations while adapting to each individual’s needs. I’ve worked with clients of all ages, abilities, and injuries, and I bring that same depth, compassion, and attention into my training programs.
