I had the good fortune of working with Justine who helped me reconnect with my deep core muscles so I can finally unlock my tight lower back and right hip. Have worked with 7+ professionals…PTs, chiropractors, Pilates instructors…all of which helped a bit but it was Justine who cracked the code. She really took on my problem and even reached out to a reconstructive surgeon friend to understand why I was so disconnected with my core. I’ve had multiple surgeries throughout the years (emergency c section, hernia, mastectomy, etc) and so many areas were numb in my torso.
